The Sirius Group are recruiting an Administrator on a fixed-term basis to provide maternity leave cover. Based in our Leeds office, your role will involve providing administrative support to our Drilling Department and Health & Safety team.
We are looking for a responsible Administrator to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks. Duties will include providing support to our managers and employees, assisting in daily office needs and managing our company’s general administrative activities.
Main responsibilities:
Organising timesheets
Cost recording
Placing orders on behalf of the Drilling Department
Other ad-hoc tasks as required
Essential skills:
Experience of working in an admin support role
Excellent customer service skills
Knowledge of Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word and Outlook
Demonstrate a positive and enthusiastic attitude
Manage own workload to meet given deadlines and targets
Benefits package:
Salary: £18,000.00 per annum
Working hours: 09:00am to 5:00pm and 1 hour unpaid lunch break
Place of work: Sirius Leeds Office, Thorpe Park, LS15 8GB
Contract: Fixed term – July 2023.
