This 500kw EWT DW54 (40m tower) was commissioned in September 2016 and is located at FCC Environments Gainsborough Landfill site, near Lea in Lincolnshire. The turbine is expected to produce some 1.5million kwhs of low carbon energy per annum, for supply to the grid and adjacent business users, reducing CO2 emissions by some 16.000 tonnes over the life of the project.
