Sirius Group first achieved IiP status in 2003 and in August 2007 underwent a successful full review. The IiP standard gives companies a framework for continuous improvement and Sirius is proud to be recognized as a company that values its staff and works hard to achieve success through its people.
The IIP assessor met with 17 Sirius staff across the company during the review and stated that: “Sirius demonstrated excellent practice in a number of areas” and described Sirius as an 'exemplary company'. The assessor then recommended Sirius work towards the Investors In People Profile model, which is only recommended to those companies who continually exceed the IIP standard.
